House Rules
Check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Any late check-out or extension requests made after 10 AM on the day of departure will be considered last-minute and will incur a $100 fee due to the disruption of our cleaning schedule. We strongly recommend reaching out at least one day in advance for any such requests. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced and can be found in full in the booking policies. We highly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, extreme weather, or canceled flights.
Guests residing in the same city as the listing must contact us before booking and provide the purpose of their stay. Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. If cigarette butts or any signs of smoking are found, a $250 fine will be charged along with any necessary cleaning or repair costs. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Excessive noise, including within 50 feet of the property or in shared spaces, is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 9 AM. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund. For security and monitoring purposes, the property may use video surveillance in public areas and noise-monitoring devices.
The number of guests must not exceed the occupancy stated in the reservation, and all guests are required to provide a valid photo ID prior to check-in. Door access codes will not be shared until this is received. Pets are not allowed, and violations of this policy will result in a $500 fine. While we do not offer onsite parking, street parking is available nearby. Please pay close attention to posted signs and avoid blocking driveways or parking in restricted areas.
Prohibited activities include commercial photography or videography without prior written approval, illegal activity, prostitution, and the possession of firearms. Any damage to the property must be reported immediately; otherwise, the cost of repairs may be deducted from the security deposit. If you report any maintenance or cleanliness issues, you are authorizing us to enter the property to resolve them. Monthly guests are required to schedule additional cleanings to help maintain the property.
Security cameras are in place for safety two are positioned above the front door (inside and outside), and one is on the second-floor stairwell. There are no cameras in private areas or bedrooms. Additionally, peer-to-peer (P2P) internet use is strictly prohibited and may result in fines from the internet provider. Please use the internet responsibly. All guests must provide a valid photo ID before arrival. Guests aged 18–20 must also submit a valid ID from a parent or guardian over 21 years old.
