Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Requests for late check-out or extensions made after 10 AM on the departure day are considered last-minute and will incur a $100 fee due to delays in our cleaning schedule. Please plan ahead and contact us at least one day in advance for any such requests.

Cancellation Policy: For details on cancellations, refer to our policies before booking. We adhere strictly to our cancellation policy, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events like illness, severe weather, or canceled flights.

Local Guest Policy: Residents of the city are required to contact us before making a reservation. Local guests must provide the purpose of their trip.

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building. Violations, including leaving cigarette butts or evidence of smoking, will result in a $250 fine plus additional costs for cleaning, deodorizing, and repairs.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted, and excessive noise is prohibited both inside and within 50 feet of the building. Noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund. We use surveillance cameras in public areas and a noise monitoring device. Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 9 AM.

Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the stated occupancy limit is not allowed. All guests must provide a valid ID photo before check-in; access codes will not be issued without it.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine.

Parking: Onsite parking is not available. Street parking is available; please adhere to posted signs and avoid blocking driveways or restricted areas.

Prohibited Activities: Commercial photography, illegal activities, prostitution, and firearm possession are strictly prohibited.

Additional Fees: Report any damage or breakage immediately to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Complaints/Maintenance: By reporting issues with the property (such as cleanliness or maintenance), you authorize us to enter and resolve the issue.

Monthly Stays: Guests staying for a month or longer will require additional cleaning to maintain property standards.

Security Cameras: We have three security cameras: two near the front door (inside and outside) and one on the 2nd-floor stairs. There are no cameras in private or bedroom areas.

Internet Use: Peer-to-peer services are not permitted and will be fined by the Internet Provider if detected. Use the internet responsibly.
