Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, but they are not guaranteed. Requests made after 10 AM on the day of check-out are considered last-minute and will incur a $100 late check-out fee, potentially delaying or rescheduling our cleaning. Please plan ahead and contact us a day before with any requests.

Cancellation Policy: Please review our full cancellation policy before booking. We adhere strictly to this policy and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events like illness, severe weather, or canceled flights.

Local Reservations: Guests cannot book a stay in their city of residence without prior contact with the host. Local guests must provide the purpose of their trip before booking.

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the building. Violators will face a $250 fine plus costs for cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing damages if evidence of smoking is found.

No Parties/Events: Parties, events, or gatherings are prohibited. Excessive noise is not allowed within 50 feet of the building or in shared spaces. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction without a refund. We may use video surveillance and decibel monitoring to enforce noise rules. Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 9 AM.

Occupancy Limits: The number of guests must not exceed the occupancy limit specified in the reservation. All guests must submit a photo of their valid ID before check-in. The door code will not be provided without the ID.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed. A $500 fine may be imposed for violations of this policy.

Parking: Onsite parking is not available. Street parking is available on the block; please read signs carefully and avoid blocking driveways or restricted areas.

Prohibited Activities: Commercial photography/videography without written consent, illegal activities, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Additional Fees: Report any damage or breakage to customer service immediately. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Complaints/Maintenance: By reporting issues with the property, you authorize us to enter and address the problem.

Monthly Stays: Guests staying monthly must schedule additional cleaning to maintain the property.

Security Cameras: There are three security cameras: two above the front door (inside and outside) and one on the second-floor stairs. There are no cameras in private areas or bedrooms.

Internet Use: Peer-to-peer services are prohibited and may incur fines from the Internet Provider if detected. Please use the internet responsibly.

ID Requirements: All guests must provide a photo of their valid ID before arrival. Guests aged 18-20 must also provide a photo ID of a guardian or parent over 21 years old.
