House Rules

1. CHECK-IN IS FROM 3PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 11AM - Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and not guaranteed. Any late check-out or extension requests submitted after 10am on the checkout day are considered last-minute checkout or extension requests. These requests will result in delaying or rescheduling our cleaning process and they will incur a $100 rescheduling late check-out fee. We highly recommend you plan ahead and contact us one day prior with any requests.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY - Our complete cancellation policy could be found in policies before booking. We strictly stick to our cancellation policy thus we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance, to cover unexpected travel events such as illness, extreme weather, canceled flights, etc.
3. CITY OF RESIDENCE - Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without prior contact with the host. Make sure to contact us first before booking within your city. All Local guests should provide the purpose of their trip.
4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING - is not allowed inside of the building. If cigarette buds and or evidence of smoking is left behind, violators are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS - Excessive noises are not allowed, including within 50 feet from the building and in shared spaces. If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, you will be asked to leave the property with no refund. We may use video surveillance in public areas and a decibel monitoring device for excessive noise detection. Quiet time is from 7pm-9am.
6. OCCUPANCY LIMITS - Any number of people exceeding the occupancy limit stated in the reservation is not allowed. ALL GUESTS are REQUIRED to send a photo of their VALID ID prior to check-in. The door code won't be provided without the ID.
7. NO PETS ALLOWED - As much as we wanted to have your pets during your stay, unfortunately, they are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine of $500.
8. ONSITE PARKING NOT AVAILABLE - We don’t offer free onsite parking but there are plenty of street parking areas on the block. Please read the street signs carefully. Make sure you are not blocking any driveways or restricted areas.
9. OTHER ACTIVITIES NOT ALLOWED - Commercial photography/videography, without written consent, illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
10. ADDITIONAL FEES - If you break or damage something you must report it to our customer service, otherwise any unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. COMPLAINTS/MAINTENANCE ISSUES - If you have a complaint in any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, maintenance, etc) upon addressing it to us, you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix and solve the issue.
12. All guest staying on a monthly basis is required to have extra cleaning to ensure that the property is well maintained.
13. SECURITY CAMERA - There are three security cameras. Two above the front door (from the inside and outside) and one on the 2nd-floor stairs that are being used. There is no camera in the private areas or inside the bedroom.
14. P2P service is not allowed and will be fined according to Internet Provider if detected. Please note to use the internet accordingly.

All guests are required to provide a photo of their Valid ID prior to arrival.
For guests ages 18-20 years old, we also required a photo of valid ID of guardians or parent above 21 years of age.
